You only pay for active members in your workspace. Add or remove people anytime — your bill prorates automatically based on the change.

### Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. Pro and Business include a 14-day trial — no credit card required to start. You can downgrade to Free at any time without losing your data.

### Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Anytime. Annual billing saves around 20% (2 months free). Switching from monthly to annual applies a credit for the unused portion of your current month.

### What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards. Annual customers on Business and Enterprise can also pay by invoice (ACH/SEPA/wire) — just ask sales.

### Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes. Verified nonprofits and educational institutions get 50% off Pro and Business plans. Email sales@clustra.io with your details.
