Plan

Project planning with issues, cycles, and modules — built into the workspace.

Updated May 5, 2026

Plan is the project-management app inside clustra. Work is modeled as issues that live in projects. Issues can be grouped into cycles (sprint cadence) and modules (cross-cycle scope).

Core concepts

  • Project — a container with its own identifier, members, and workflow states.
  • Issue — the unit of work. Has state, priority, assignee, and links to other issues.
  • Cycle — a fixed-length time window (e.g. one or two weeks) that issues are scheduled into.
  • Module — a grouping of related issues across cycles, useful for tracking initiatives.
  • View — a saved combination of filters, grouping, and ordering.

Getting started

  1. Install Plan from Workspace settings → Apps.
  2. Create a project and pick an identifier (the prefix for issue IDs, e.g. WK).
  3. Create your first issue and assign it to yourself.
  4. Optional: open or create a cycle and drag the issue into it.
