Passkey login

Sign in without a password using a passkey backed by your device’s built-in biometrics or security key.

Updated May 5, 2026

A passkey is a phishing-resistant credential that lives on your device (or a hardware key). You authenticate with biometrics — fingerprint, face, or device PIN — and the device proves your identity to clustra without a password ever leaving the device.

Register a passkey

  1. Sign in with your password and 2FA (if enabled).
  2. Open Account → Security.
  3. Click “Add a passkey” and follow your browser prompt to create one — clustra never sees the private key.
  4. Repeat for additional devices (phone, hardware key, etc.) so you have backups.

Sign in with a passkey

On the login screen, click “Sign in with Passkey”. Your browser shows a credential picker. Approve with biometrics and you’re in — no email or password required.
