Reset your password

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page without contacting support. The flow uses a one-time email code so the reset is tied to the address on file.

How it works

1. 01

   Request a code

   On the login page, click “Forgot password?”. Enter your account email and click “Send code”. We email a 6-digit code valid for a short window.

2. 02

   Enter the code

   Open the email, copy the 6-digit code, and paste it into the reset form. The code can only be used once.

3. 03

   Choose a new password

   Pick a password that’s at least 8 characters and includes a number, an uppercase letter, and a special character. clustra also blocks recently used passwords from your account history.
